Come visit Dana's Kitchen and you're bound to see Arthur and Dana Tillman exhibiting their culinary magic. As the owners of this little gem, the husband and wife team has always had a hands-on approach to success. Dana's opened in July of 2005 and soon became known as the newest Cape destination worth seeking out. The emphasis here is on high quality ingredients put together in simple, yet creative ways. The combination of wholesome food to be savored in a cozy, relaxed environment makes a for wonderful dining experience.

Both Dana and Art are graduates of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, where they met the first day of class. They refined their skills at the C.I.A. and developed a passion for food that is contagious... and quite evident when you experience a meal at the "Kitchen." Dana's repertoire includes cold and hot foods, pastry making, baking and displays for culinary competitions as well as food styling for photography. Art's background is in hot foods, menu making, purchasing and marketing. Both Dana and Art love sharing their knowledge and believe that great food should be enjoyed by all.
